Suwa Villa Arenal

New property. Great location close to many restaurants. Nice toiletries.

As a group of 5 we found that this villa was perfect for our stay in La Fortuna! It was our longest stay in one place in Costa Rica and we all felt very comfortable with plenty of rooms for each of us. 1. Jorge the villa manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with recommendations on what to do and where to go, he was extremely understanding and responsive with any requests we had and always checked in to make sure all was good at the villa, he also helped us secure transportation with a trusted driver to take us around Costa Rica 2. The villa is located in the perfect spot on the edge of the main square. The town is fully walkable from the location and we felt very safe going and coming 3. To enter the main door and any of the rooms there is a password protected keypad, so you feel very safe 4. There are washers and dryers and a full kitchen 5. Cleaning took place each day 6. Each room is air-conditioned 7. There are security cameras in each of the corridors and kitchen/courtyard area

My wife and I visited in early December 2023, and I can't say enough about how great Suwa Villa was. The location is excellent, safe, and near plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was clean, cozy, modern, and had A/C. The hotel has a shared kitchen outfitted with all the necessary equipment. There is even a washer and dryer for guests to use. I also can't compliment the owners, Jorge and Allan, enough. They are very knowledgeable about the area and helped us choose and book our activities. They welcomed us with fresh coconut water and made our stay very pleasant. They really care for their guests. We made wonderful memories at this hotel and appreciate all the wonderful things that Allan and Jorge did for us. We are looking forward to our next visit to this hotel.

A fantastic new location within walking distance of the village square and streets with all the shops and restaurants. Super clean, neatly maintained and quiet room with a small private garden. Good wifi, TV with Netflix, Youtube etc. A kitchen that you can use and washing and drying machines with the associated washing capsules. The host is super friendly and helpful. Really recommended and value for money!

The host is awesome! He was so friendly and even greeted us with two cold coconuts to drink upon arrival. They were delicious after a long drive in! The property grounds were very safe and secure. When we entered the room it was dreamy. The lighting was appropriate for the time of day and relaxing meditation music was playing. The space was modern, cozy and welcoming. In the morning we made coffee and a delicious breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and common area. This booking had everything- beautiful decor, a NICE bathroom, comfortable beds, private outdoor space, a wonderful host, friendly staff, and clean common areas. We felt so welcomed there and we will definitely go back. Jorge's place is awesome! A top notch stay in Arenal.
